The ancient Chinese scholar poets, the so-called literati, greatly appreciated certain rocks for their aesthetic qualities. Gongshi they were called, scholar's rocks. I have collected many rocks – from everywhere. (One is in my other hand now as I write this). It's not their aesthetics but their Spirit that I Feel.

To a dangerously ill young Chinese woman. I said "Li Bai" – and you smiled. You said "Mozart" – and smiled again. Through your smile I saw your Soul.
"Endum" is a Latin word-ending meaning “worthy of being done.” Approaching healing as an endum encourages us to perform it for a Higher Purpose.
A very dedicated nurse practitioner told me of a patient whom I had once also seen. She is afflicted with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease) and has of course mobility difficulties. When I saw her, her Inner Flame was very low – she had read and been told so much about her diagnosis and her prognosis that she had, basically, surrendered any desire to live.
Why must it be imposed on a believer to prove the existence of the Spirit World? What if the Belief is innate, as is the feeding instinct?

I’m thinking of the technically most skilled surgeon but also the most flawed. Time and again he would stand with his entourage at the foot of the patient’s bed and declare, “Well, you’ve got the cancer and you’re gonna die!”
