To sing, to play, to dance, on the Pulse, you must believe that there is a Spirit World.

Our word stillness is from the root STA, to stand, to stay. Hence, for instance, steadfast. We think of stillness as being without movement.

Upward movement encourages dance, just as upward movement transmutes speech into music.
