Inspiration – into the Soul, then Aspiration – back from the Soul.
I read – for you. For then I write about it – for you.
Meditation, I am led to believe, is Aspiration to the Highest chakra, to communion with God. To be one with the One – and so with all others as the One. Thus is meditation altruistic.
An author, an artist, can never be altruistic, for the primary concern is for the self. A writer, a painter, can be a healer, for the essence of healing is altruism.
I'm not a doctor, nor a painter, writer or poet, photographer or musician – but a healer using many modalities.
To Aspire, to dedicate my life to a Higher Purpose than the mere mundane, I need to believe in a Higher Power.
A writer can be altruistic, but an author – never.
Altruism relates to the Highest chakra: communion with God. So to be altruistic is to be one with the One and therefore one with everyone.
Altruism comes from being one with the One. You can't be altruistic to one and not to others – for all are the One.
