Commentary: A simple, very powerful affirmation recommended for use by Diamond during meditation. It combines concepts central to Diamond’s approach: the capitalized “B” of Beauty represents a higher form of the concept; Blessedness reinforces this by reflecting its etymology, beatus being Latin for blessed; and Belovedness was a word Diamond invented which he defined as “the Feeling of feeling loved” and which he believed was the basis of health. He regularly used the affirmation, and encouraged his students to do so, at the end of his daily meditation (either said or sung, silently or aloud), just before opening his eyes. As with all his affirmations, several repetitions are recommended, as reflected in the recording.
