“Poetry and the Escape from Reality”
Virtually all poetry
has a lung meridian problem,
what I call “Wonderland”

Who?
Basically, always their mothers
– what they fear is the truth
about them –
always the mother they fear.
Poetry, healing poetry,
rare as it is –
proclaims not matrodeima
but Matrophilia.
Where are the poets
who proclaim their love
for the Love?
