“Feeling Close to Paradise”
The great poet and artist William Blake believed that “we all live surrounded by hosts of spirits, that there is no real division between this world and the next.”[1] Hence, his wife, Catherine, remarked, “I have little of Mr. Blake’s company; he is always in Paradise.” (As I believe she was, too.)
With the inspired – Guided – help of a remarkable medium, I have come to know nearly a hundred of my host of spirits. And the more I meditate, the more I become aware of their presence, aware that there is increasingly less division between the physical world and the spirit world. I do, at such times, feel close to Paradise.
